This podcast is from Icy Bro, the self-proclaimed ”Last Great Icy”, the rapper from the bygone era of the freeze when everything was Icy. In other words the 80‘s. Icy Bro has worked under the alias Leo Slater as an English as a second language teacher for over 23 years! He has taught everyone from receptionists to CEO‘s. Recently he has returned to teaching English as an additional language to kids. This podcast is dedicated to the untold story of rap in major urban areas in America, particularly Baltimore before the digital age. It‘s also about the importance of the words we choose to communicate with and the timing of those words. Sometimes they hear you but that doesn‘t really mean they are listening.
